Herogiri is a remake of the Telugu hit, Balupu. The story is about the heroine and her uncle, who specialise in taking unsuspecting guys for a ride in the name of love. The hero (Dev) decides to give them a taste of their own medicine for duping his friend. But Dev himself is trying to run away from his notorious past, which catches up eventually.
